Big Shot
Big Shot is a 30ml fermented microgreen shot, made from whole plants and prepared using traditional fermentation.
It’s designed to support the foundations of health — digestion, nutrient use, and steady energy — using real food rather than synthetic ingredients or supplements.
Big Shot is designed to be used regularly, as part of everyday life.
For most people, the ideal way to use Big Shot is:
- One 30ml shot per day
Many people prefer to take it first thing in the morning, simply because it’s easy to remember — but it can be taken at any time of day.
That said, Big Shot is food-based, not a supplement, so it’s designed to be flexible.
Depending on what suits you, you can also:
- Take half a shot daily, especially if you’re new to fermented foods
- Take one shot every other day
- Take it daily for 7 days, then pause (for example on a fortnightly subscription)
Big Shot works best when used consistently, but consistency doesn’t have to mean rigid rules.
The most important thing is finding a rhythm you can stick with.
Big Shot is a fermented green shot, made from microgreens — not a fruit-based drink.
That means it isn’t sweet or fruit-laden like many other shots on the market.
The taste is:
- Fresh and green
- Lightly tangy from fermentation
- Earthy rather than sugary
- With a gentle natural fizz
Taste is personal, and everyone experiences it slightly differently.
What’s important to remember is that Big Shot is only 30ml.
It’s a small, concentrated shot designed to be quick, simple, and done — not something you sip and savour like a juice.
No noses need pinching.
And many customers tell us they genuinely look forward to it.
Keep Big Shot refrigerated and consume within the best-before date for optimal freshness.
Yes. Big Shot fits well alongside active, fitness-focused, and performance-minded lifestyles.
Big Shot isn’t a performance enhancer or stimulant. Instead, it supports the foundations that performance depends on, including:
- Recovery — by supporting digestion and how the body processes nutrients from food
- Mental resilience — through steadier energy rather than spikes and crashes
- Immune support — particularly important during periods of hard training, stress, or travel
Big Shot is made from whole plants, prepared through fermentation, with no additives, preservatives, sweeteners, or synthetic ingredients.
Because it’s food-based, fermented, and low volume, it’s easy to digest and suitable for consistent use — even when demands on the body are higher.
It’s designed to support the body’s ability to adapt, recover, and stay resilient, not to override or artificially stimulate it.
Fresh Microgreens
Our microgreens are grown indoors using organic-led growing practices.
We use:
- Organic seeds wherever possible
- A coco coir growing medium (soil-free and low impact)
- An organic seaweed feed to support healthy plant growth
We don’t use synthetic fertilisers or chemical pesticides.
Although we follow organic standards in practice, indoor growing means we can’t hold formal organic certification — which requires plants to be grown in bedrock soil. Our focus is on how the plants are grown and handled, not labels.
Our microgreens are harvested as close to delivery or collection as possible.
Wherever we can, they’re cut to order and supplied locally, so they reach you at their freshest — not days after harvest.
Because microgreens are living food, keeping them local allows us to prioritise freshness, quality, and minimal handling.
We grow our microgreens using organic principles, but they are not certified organic.
We use:
- Organic seeds wherever possible
- A coco coir growing medium (soil-free)
- An organic seaweed feed
- No synthetic fertilisers or chemical pesticides
Because our microgreens are grown indoors in a controlled environment rather than in bedrock soil, they don’t qualify for formal organic certification. Our focus is on how the plants are grown and handled, not labels.
When stored properly in the fridge, our fresh microgreens typically last up to 7–10 days.
Because they’re supplied fresh and locally, their shelf life depends on:
- How soon they’re used after harvest
- How they’re stored once opened
Keeping them refrigerated and dry helps them stay at their best.
Orders & Subscriptions

Fresh microgreens are supplied locally only.
They’re available for:
